To me I think he is still in Singapore dressed as a Malay woman wearing the tudong that is. He is been housed by a sympathiser and living in a HDB flat in a town like maybe Tampines. He only goes out at night and during the day he watches TV and sleeps. So home team, pls go out at night and look out for a Malay woman who looks a bit awkward and is manly. I hope my tip helps lah.
