Sorry for digressing. Any opportunity I get for expressing the truth I will do it but not by throwing my shoe. In these times I cannot afford it if my shoe is taken away as evidence.
"Even when a diplomat from an evil power came to see Prophet Muhammad, he received him at the well known Pillar in the Madinah mosque. If shoe throwing is allowed to express one's dissent "
This well known principle in Islam was severely contravened by the so-called Ayatollah Khomeini when he allowed Iranian students to keep the American diplomatic staff hostage. He was immediately condemned by some of the top academic minds of the Muslim world, the late Professor Ismail Faruqi and the Sufi also in Philadelphia Bawa Muhaideen
My point is etiquette in every situation. When Moses went to see the Pharoah of the Oppression , he was instructed by God to be gentle and polite.
The cursing continues. The disdaina and displeasure continue.
What does it mean to the soul, and to the mind to have disdain and displeasure [in soul of the self] and to exhibit it, and to encourage the youth to learn it, and to grow up with a soul filled with disdain and some to harbour deep hatreds in the soul and the heart to kill mercilessly and brutally?
Using human logic and wisdom [have been going on for hundreds of centuries] to discern this will not get the correct spiritual answers.
If humans continue with making similar and repeated spiritual mistakes, the suffering of mankind will not end but continue unendlessly.
