Commuters just going by feelings... not scientific like the studies paid for LTA or the transport companies.

Wayang transport study - macham like the report by LTA that business in Chinatown and CBD area went by 9% when the evening ERP fees increased and timing extended!

What a load of rubbish by PTC! Obviously these people never take public transport in their life.

On schedule means bus leaving the interchange on time.....wtf?

Should take a look at the bus system in HK. Very efficient and comfortable. More importantly it is punctual, so I can time my trips and need not wait unnecessarily at the bus stop! Something is very wrong with our operators - too complacent. The CEO of SMRT Mdm Saw herself doesn't even take public transport but travels around in the latest and expensive limos. She changes car faster than she changes her hair.

She not only changes car fast. She drives fast and always uses the bus lanes. Heard she wear G-string nei.

The report from PTC has now been proven by "personal experiences" of commuters to be inaccurate in determining adherence of PTOs to the stipulated bus service standard. So the fare adjustments which were also based on these reports are thus without firm basis.

The PTC has degraded their value of trust-worthiness. PTC and all its members have brought shame upon themselves.

The PTC officers should station themselves at bus stops near MRTs to get first hand experience. Take 147 which I take near Serangoon MRT station. There are several occasions where three buses arrive at same bus stop, one after the other, within seconds of each other. If you miss these, you'll have to wait 30 mins or more. Take 315 shuttle service - one has to wait at least 20-30 mins most times for the bus to arrive. It'll take forever for us to provide 'world class transportation'!

Accurate in leaving the depot but who knows what happen on the roads??? Buses are most of time crowded during the peak hours and many times the bus don't even stop at bus-stops due to full house.

Same over crowding situation in MRT but at least it is better as the trains arrived at destinated timings.
