Dear Asokan

Welcome to world of cable TV.

If you are uncomfortable, I have two options for you

1. Unsubcribe the channel, so your kids don't get to watch it even when you are not around.

2. Switch channels when you see such so called lewd ads. just make sure your remote is always working.

If your require our local TV to review and censor cable channels, it will only fuel costs and you cannot enjoy even the good stuff when it becomes impossible to host the channel.

What comes on your TV you are i charge. So please take charge.

It is Malayalam. Very few native Keralites Singaporeans. So must be a FT. I don't watch it and it does not bother me.

Hi Asokan, I agree with your comments on that particular advertisement. May there are some technical limitations in Singapore on the censorship of Ads aired in foreign language TV channels. But I wonder why this commercial is still not censored or banned in India or Kerala, where the outlook on these matters are more conservative.

Dear Mr Asokan,
If it affects you, maybe you should stop watching TV altogether.

Dear Mr. Asokan

You are a true Malayalee and you should write to your minister in Kerala to ban this channel altogether in India & Singapore. Being stupid is one thing but to show the whole world is another.

Dear Mr Asokan,

Is there a gun pointed to your head forcing you to watch the channel? Is your family held hostage by kidnappers demanding that you continue subscribing to the channel? Or are you such an incompetent and irresponsible parent that you are out-sourcing the welfare of your children to the TV?

Nobody forces you to watch anything. If you don't like it don't watch it and terminate the channel subscription. Do not for one moment think you can dictate what an entire country can and cannot watch.

Dear Mr Asokan

If you dont like what you watch, then dont watch it. That advertisement is supposed to be a tongue in cheek way to promote vodafone's service. If anyone should remove it, it should be Asianet & not Starhub. I agree with all the other posts here. The onus is on you to determine what you & your family watch.
