now you know whenever AVA announces our imports are safe for consumption you must take it with a pinch of salt or melamine. they do not check for it until other ocuntries raise the alarm. I am very disappointed in AVA.

How can AVA test all the products in the store? Then they will need thousands of employees and will cost us lots of money. I am sure they would test for initial product approval, then do sampling check.

Me too..so disspointed in AVA. Maybe AVA should entrust 3rd party testing & inspection bodies to assist them in their goal to ensure that food in Singapore are safe consumption.
