So why not we decide for Mah Bow Tan then? Let's see.... we can put the dormitory right beside where Mah Bow Tan holes up everynight. If he can, so should everyone! There....solves all doubts, distrust, security issues, home value, etc, etc.

How about a dorm in the Tanglin area, in the Bukit Timah area?

Actually, reading between the lines, MBT has not committed himself to anything either way. Therefore the final decision may well be to go ahead with the Sgardens FW Dorm after the 'package' is dressed up with some cosmetic measures like more police patrols (how many more is more?), 'code of conduct' for FWs, and perhaps even a chain link fence around the compound and nightly curfew for the FW to be indoors by 8 pm and the entire Gardens estate to be out-of-bounds!
