THE doctor who found himself unintentionally dragged into the sordid case involving opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim has stood by his findings, which is at odds with what his bosses have said.
I salute you Dr.Mohd Osman for standing by your findings despite tremendous threats and hindrances. What a dirty political ploy and act of the M'sian govt.
To question the findings of Dr.Mohd, only an expert witness (medical professional) is allowed to do so. The police had committed an offence of perjury and interfering with witness.
In all circumstances, if all these allegations were true, Anwar has no case to answer at all.
Allow sodomy between adults in privacy lah, behind locked door out of sight of those below 21.
Let the above 21 do what they like behind lock door, and leave them to their RWYS as they like lor.
If the Sodomy act is done in public, make it an offence.
What is the difference with the present s377A? Same but have it legalised and made transparent with Sodomy without fear or guilt [as in the guilt of committing a crime under s377A] between consenting adults above 21 behind closed door.
This doctor could be a supporter of Anwar's party. Why not get a doctor from another country to do the examination?
I understand that the charge against Anwar has changed from forceful sodomy to consensual sodomy( which is still a crime in Malaysia). One can also question: If it is a political ploy to deal with Anwar, why didn't the police or the Malaysian government just stick with the original charge of forceful sodomy?

It has to be changed because the doc's report said there was no tear nad other signs of forceful sodomy! But now, as Anwar said, if consensual, why the other party not charged too, as it is still against the law. I saw the clip of the Home Affairs ministers reply to this point and it wasn't convincing at all.
No tear and other signs of forceful sodomy??? Forgive me for being ignorant, cos' I am still a virgin. You mean there is such a thing as a hymen for anal penetration?
