Dear Qantas passenger(maybe ex Qantas passenger by now),
Things never change, do they?
Over 10 years ago I found their inflight service standard similarly atrocious.
Then they tried employing Asian girls but after a while these ladies who do not have a committed corprorate guidance on good service were no better.
In my opinion if an airline that does not have an inherent committed service culture in the corporate and the ground levels then get out of the business.
Another annoying trait that I have noticed on Qantas and BA flights is that the western passengers get better attention. My take is stay away from these carriers no matter how low their fares are.
No worries mate. Writing a complaint like this won't make a bit of difference. There is nothing wrong with Ms. Leeah's standard or quality of inflight service. The problem is you - you don't match up to Qantas' requirement for passengers.
The people from the land of the kangaroos are well known for their superiority complex.
We on the other hand, should not forget that the ancestors of the 'roos' people were convicts, sent there as exiles and outcasts from mother England.
They have a black history of decimating the natives of Australia. They treated Chinese who went there to labour in the mines and railways like dirt. They were ostracised and bullied. In the pecking order Asians ranked below dogs and Aussie convict. I wouldn't give them the time of day. Fly in an airline that values your custom - fly SIA.
