I think traditionalists should rationally lobby for the banning of the wearing of bras. The bra is a relatively modern invention and by sometimes exaggerating the size of breasts via padding, they may incite rape.

No matter how strict the dress code is, it cannot prevent women from being rape. Even those so called religious people commits khalwat and zina. It is all in the mind. The more these women are pressed, it is going to explode sooner and loudly in defiance!
